The Void
Creating a Place for Innovation
Unlike historical
office buildings, which served a singular purpose and were uninviting to the
public, these workspaces are highly conducive to collaborative work and
spontaneous social encounters, serving as social spaces even when business is
not being formally conducted.

‘AT THE HEART OF THIS SERIES OF THREE WORKSPACES IS THE IDEA OF AN APPROACH THAT IS BOTH RIGOROUSLY OPEN AND HIGHLY BALANCED WITH NATURE.’
‘AT THE HEART OF THIS SERIES OF THREE WORKSPACES IS THE IDEA OF AN APPROACH THAT IS BOTH RIGOROUSLY OPEN AND HIGHLY BALANCED WITH NATURE.’
This project comprises
three buildings in one urban ensemble. It has always been about applying a set
of established architectural principles to the creation of a cohesive spatial
composition where the exterior and interior creates a sense of continuity and
harmony between outdoors and indoors, further reinforced by large openings and
the lush vegetation omnipresent across all spaces.
