Real Madrid World
This scenario envisions the world’s first futuristic football resort, celebrating the club’s culture, values, and history while impacting sports enthusiasts globally. The resort aims to become the most advanced destination for sports, health, and entertainment, redefining future sports experiences. Scenario planning and design were developed in collaboration with Synkyria and Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, Madrid.
Humans, Machines, and the Future of Work Environments
Three scenarios explore the future of collective intelligence, where people, computers, and robots collaborate in ways previously unimaginable, enabled by hyperconnection and cross-time-space cooperation. Scenario planning and design were conducted for ACS/Hochtief.
ParaForm
Five urban typologies, each with distinct characteristics, are superimposed to identify intervention areas for transforming urban systems like the Swiss Midlands. These scenarios are rooted in both urban morphology and metabolism. Scenario planning and design by Dietmar Leyk at the Chair of Architecture and Urban Design, ETH Zurich.
Tanjong Pagar Waterfront
Six urban scenarios with unique qualities were developed for the Waterfront Tanjong Pagar in Singapore, introducing new planning paradigms to support higher population densities, sustainability, and liveability. Research, scenario planning and design were led by Dietmar Leyk at the Future Cities Laboratory, Singapore-ETH Centre.
