Purity in Form
A dialogue between architecture and nature“Simplicity is not an absence, but a
clarity - an articulation of space that allows life to unfold
effortlessly.”
Dietmar Leyk, principal and founder
This residence for a couple and their two children above Lake Geneva is a study in restraint, where architecture dissolves into its environment. Defined by crisp white concrete planes, expansive glazing, and a seamless relationship between interior and exterior, the design embraces purity and precision. The elongated pool reflects the sky, enhancing the sense of stillness, while carefully placed furnishings reinforce an atmosphere of serene contemplation. The structure’s weightlessness, achieved through cantilevered volumes and transparency, creates a dialogue between solid and void, enclosure and openness. Every detail is considered, every element essential - nothing more, nothing less.
