How we work.

Every commission at SPACECOUNCIL is led directly by one of the two founding partners. Responsibility is not delegated. This ensures continuity of thought and clarity in decision-making from first concept to completion.

We begin by defining the framework of the project with precision. Context, regulatory conditions, spatial potential and budget parameters are clarified before form is determined. Early alignment prevents later correction.

Architectural decisions are developed in parallel with structural and technical input. Engineers and specialists are integrated from the outset to ensure feasibility and consistency. Design ambition and technical logic evolve together.

The project advances through clearly defined stages. At each phase, key decisions are documented and confirmed before proceeding. Financial parameters are reviewed alongside design development to maintain coherence between ambition and resources. This establishes transparency and predictability in scope and process.

During execution, we remain closely involved to safeguard architectural integrity and coordinate with contractors. Our objective is coherence between intention and realisation.

As an independent, partner-led studio, we deliberately limit the number of concurrent commissions. This ensures continuity of leadership, disciplined development and direct accountability.
