The discussions about densification strategies with simultaneous preservation of landscape with its open space qualities are also reflected in this project. Heights and space efficiencies are attuned to these qualities. The ground floor zones have high entrances and passages that allow permeability to the landscape. Two buildings offset against each other form an ensemble that allows the 100 m high architecture to appear in a different constellation depending on the perspective. In total, there are 210 flats of different sizes in each of the two buildings. Each floor has a total of 4 corner flats and 4 studios or 4 corner flats and 2 loft-like flats on the upper floors, which extend from façade to façade. There are 2 spacious maisonette flats on floors 21 and 22.
