As work has shifted remotely to either one’s home or other individualised spaces, there is a greater need for shared workspaces where people can hold meetings or just get inspired. These shared Vertical Work Scapes are located all over the high-density city and are constructed to have ample light and garden-like terraces, as the architecture integrates nature and creates a whole local park. In a sense, these workspaces are like indoor gardens where individuals can come, meet, and discuss their ideas using highly advanced presentation technologies. Unlike historical office buildings, which served a singular purpose and were uninviting to the public, these work plazas are highly conducive to collaborative work and spontaneous social encounters, serving as social spaces even when business is not being formally conducted.
