Sonja Berthold
Talk at the 17th International Architecture Exhibition Biennale Architettura 2021
Sonja Berthold explores how the body shapes our space preferences. Guests actively engage in creating their preferred space, with their movements continuously monitored to dynamically alter displayed scenes. This raises intriguing questions about the role of the body in shaping our spatial experiences and preferences. How much is influenced by visual cues versus the sensory aspect? Can our bodies instinctively determine what makes a space appealing?
