Collective Space

Blending rhythms of work and life

“This building reflects the philosophy of timeless elegance, where simplicity and clarity form a perfect synergy between diverse creative expressions. It is a space where the art of fashion is seamlessly intertwined with purpose, creating an environment of effortless sophistication and seamless integration.”

Dietmar Leyk, principal and founder

The design for this mixed-use building for a fashion brand reimagines how functions can coexist seamlessly in a single structure. At the heart of the concept is a serene, minimalist atrium, a place where light, space, and activity converge. The interior features white open floors interspersed with functional zones, including offices, communal areas, and cultural spaces. Glass cubicles and transparent partitions maintain visual continuity, while the allowance of natural light from the large gridded ceiling imbues the space with calm and clarity.

The synergy of mixed uses transforms the building into a living organism, where work, creativity, and leisure intersect. By integrating different functions, the design fosters collaboration and interaction, encouraging people to engage with both the architecture and one another. Every detail, from the geometry of the atrium to the restrained material palette, reflects a philosophy of subtle expression.

The architecture frames moments of reflection and immersion. The principles remain the same: simplicity, clarity, and a profound connection to space and its users. The building becomes more than a container for activities - it is a space for experiencing life itself.
